Requirements

2+ years of experience in B2B sales or technology marketing
Strong understanding of software development services and IT solutions
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Knowledge of digital marketing channels and lead generation
Proven track record of meeting sales targets
Understanding of technical concepts to communicate with developers
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

Responsibilities

Generate leads through various channels (cold outreach, networking, referrals)
Qualify prospects and conduct initial discovery calls
Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
Create compelling proposals and presentations for technical services
Collaborate with engineering team to scope and price projects accurately
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead to contract signing
Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital channels
Create content for social media, blog, and marketing materials
Attend industry events and conferences for networking and lead generation
Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular sales forecasts
